Some of our projects
See what can be done !
A few different projects No Mans Land has undertaken over the years.
Hopefully one may match your potential project.
Works road farm (Katikati)
This was a massive task for everyone, a property that was so overgrown with gorse it was hard to know where to start. Such an amazing fella Filip is, he never stops in his push for perfection & today he stands upon a stunning property. No Mans Land were heavily involved with turning this land around. A great lesson in never giving up and a real pleasure to be a part of this.
Fairfield project (Hamilton)
The good folk of the Fairfield project are clearing massively overgrown steep hillside down to a stream that ambles around Fairfield college. This stream houses rare native Kokopu, also tons of native trees going in, thus re-establishing a wood pigeon shopping mall as it was an old stomping ground for them. We were super happy to help out this absolute "feel good" project clearing jungle like invasive weeds so volunteers can move around freely and safely.
Turns out we did a pretty good job as they may put a classroom study pad amongst our cleared area.
Tem (Whangamata)
A family piece of land needing to get control of the biggest bamboo Id ever seen and Tem was the driving force behind this project. Job went really well our machine seems to love bamboo but this was tall. It was "magic beans" at the top material. Neither Tem nor I where climbing these tho. great people lovely spot.
Western BOP District Council (Tanners point)
Lovely little spot that needed a few stumps ground away around the locals Petanque pit. Stump grinding is quite therapeutic in such a nice spot. My son Finley and dog Max enjoying it too.
