We have two MDB LV600 Green Climber remote controlled machines with various attachments to satisfy most land clearing requirements on flat to very steep, smooth to very rough terrain. From the biggest woolly nightshade, privot or gorse trees to a town area of Kikuyu grass requiring a nice finish we can help with whatever growing problem you may have.
All while avoiding chemical sprays, scrub cutters and the dangers to drivers of vehicles on steep slippery slopes.
With 4500hrs experience on these machines, we pride ourselves on being very efficient and cost effective in what we do, and our feedback from customers reflect this.
Also, with Totika, SHE and Sitewise PreQuals we can cover the more industrial size businesses, Government Departments or Councils for larger group efforts or projects.
We service the BOP, Waikato, Coromandel and regions further afield if required.

How Did we get
into the
Weed Business?
My name is James Dunlop and with my son Finley we have started
“No Mans Land mowing”.
A Katikati local boy born and bred.
Then off to the RNZAF to be an Aircraft engineer. I have always been fascinated by new technology. I was sure there was
a place for these remote controlled machines in NZ. Having grown up on a dairy farm spending all my holidays milking cows, chipping ragwort and
cutting gorse.
We were the first to import an LV600
from OMC Equipment in Christchurch
in 2019 and a 2nd machine a
few years later.
It has certainly helped being an engineer as these machines have a tough life.
The best part of the job is the people we meet. All having great positive intentions for their land. All trying
